Roe first discovered the red STEP car at JCPenneys. Thank goodness the little owner did not have any problems with Roe playing with it - it actually saved me b/c Mimi and I were busy looking at Ashby and Roe's photo session. Anytime Roe sees the red STEP car he automatically charges for it and thinks it is his CAR. So, with Aunti Julie's birthday gift card for Roe I purchased him his very own.
