Ashby and Roe

*mom, your elbow looks old. it kinda looks like my fingers (where the skin folds)a little.
* had her first play today with the san diego junior theatre - did a fantastic as a snake. (video coming later)
* loves to tease her baby brother
* fascinated with having neighbors - made ice water today and wants to sell it this weekend
* Ashby and Roe always take baths together and they recently discovered the shower. Roe realized quickly that if he lifts up the silver round button that water comes out of the ceiling. :) they love it..
* roe is waking up several times a night and aaron is the pro. he can always get roe to go back to sleep.
*our usual morning consists of both children in our bed, we shut our bedroom door so roe can't escape, and we continue to TRY and get a few more zzzzz's.
* roe climbs anything and does not care or have a clue how close he is to danger.
* ashby is a dancer, princess, rock collector, singer,and so much more.
* besides dada and mama roe's official first words are ball and bike. he is fascinated with daddy's bike.
* both kids fight over who can push the garage door button in the garage.
* hot dogs are a favorite and trader joe's chicken strips. as for fruit, blackberries and blue berries are the favorite of the week.
* anytime alicia keys is on the CD player roe immediately starts dancing.
* both kids love and adore one another. ashby struggles with roe but has learned how to manage the situation - she knows to shut her bedroom door so roe can't destroy her jewerly, doll house, or play stickers on her window.
* ashby reads to roe before bedtime and her stories are far better than the real one. :)
